When you use CheckLab, we collect the domain names you submit for checking, your email address if you register, and basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken) via Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that does not track you across sites.
If you subscribe to Pro, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
We use your email to send account-related emails (welcome, alerts, billing). We use domain check data to provide the service and improve it. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored on Railway infrastructure in the US. Domain check history is retained for 30 days (Free) or 90 days (Pro).
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Plausible Analytics does not use cookies.
We use Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional emails, Cloudflare for security and DNS, and Plausible for analytics. Each service has its own privacy policy.
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing [email protected].
